Fee Schedule
We realize that many of our neighbors are ever-increasingly relying on health insurance to cover healthcare expenses for themselves and their families. We are also acutely aware that more and more people in Michigan find themselves without insurance coverage. Therefore, we offer several ways to make healthcare affordable. Please review our reasonable and customary fee schedule. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
We offer a discounted fee schedule when you pay at the time the service is rendered (TOS). If the service is not paid in full when rendered, the regular fee schedule applies.
We also offer a discounted, 12-visit, pre-paid adjustment card for $360. The adjustment card brings the fee per adjustment down to $30.
