New Patients

We are currently accepting new patients. We accept almost every type of insurance.

Your initial visit will take roughly 45-60 minutes and will include a detailed consultation, examination, and any necessary x-rays.  The time you spend in the office on your initial visit can be drastically reduced by filling out the new patient paperwork before your first visit. Please download the new patient paperwork, print it, fill it out, and bring it in.
